How do I book someone?
You book them directly. Tap the call button on a listing and you are talking to the business, not to us. Hostfield never takes a cut of the job or sits between you and the pro.
What does the Host verified badge mean?
That a host confirmed a job from the email address they left, and that the pro separately confirmed working for them. Both halves are needed and they are reached from different places — one from the host's inbox, one from the pro's private edit link — so a pro cannot write their own recommendations and confirm them. A vouch missing either half counts for nothing and carries no badge. It is still not an identity check: we confirm a working email address stood behind the recommendation, not that anyone owns a particular Airbnb or Vrbo account, because Hostfield has no host logins. Host verified is earned and free; Featured Field Partner is the paid placement badge, and the two are separate.
Are these pros vetted?
Listings are submitted by the businesses themselves and go live right away. We do not verify licenses or insurance on your behalf, so ask for both before work starts, and we take down listings that misrepresent a business. A Host verified mark is the strongest signal on the page: another host confirmed a job from their own email address, and the pro confirmed it separately.
