For hosts who live away from their rental
Run your rental’s cleanings from hours away
Your local cleaner gets a checklist link in English or Spanish. You get an email when the place is guest ready, and a warning before a hard freeze while it sits empty.
Free for one rental, $9 a month for all of them, not per rental. Works with Airbnb alone or beside Hospitable, Hostaway, OwnerRez, Lodgify or Guesty.

How a cleaning works
1
Add your rental
Door code, Wi-Fi, trash day, and the cleaning checklist, entered once.
2
Text your cleaner the link
They check off the list on their phone and tap Guest Ready. We email you right then.
3
Send guests the guide
Directions, the door code behind an optional PIN, house notes, and a way to report a problem.
Your cleaner and crew
Works with the people you already use
Bring your own cleaner, handyman or snow plow neighbor. We take no cut of what you pay them. They get the door code, checklist and water shutoff in English or Spanish. If your cleaner can’t make it, your backup gets the job in one tap.
Common questions
I live hours from my rental. Does this work for me?
Yes. Your cleaner gets a link for each cleaning with the checklist, door code and house notes, in English or Spanish, and taps I'll be there so you know they're coming. If they can't make it, you're told right away and can hand the cleaning to your backup with one tap. You get an email when the place is guest ready, and their photos of how the guests left it are kept for a damage claim. While the house sits empty, we warn you before a hard freeze and tell you when it's been empty long enough to send someone by.
What does Hostfield cost a host?
Nothing for one rental: the cleaning tools, cleaner links, guest guide and cleaning emails are free. Host Pro is $9/mo and adds unlimited rentals, calendar sync with Airbnb and Vrbo plus Hospitable, Hostaway, OwnerRez, Lodgify and Guesty, your own logo and colors on the guest guide, and a second login for a manager or partner. Your first 14 days are free, and you can cancel any time from your account page.
How does my cleaner use it?
You schedule a cleaning and text your cleaner its link from your own phone. The link opens a checklist in English or Spanish with the door code and Wi-Fi on it. There is no app to install and no login. They check off each task, note anything that needs fixing, and tap Guest Ready, and we email you right then. Their checks save even with no signal and send when the phone reconnects.
What do my guests see?
One page for your rental with directions, the door code, Wi-Fi, house notes, trash day, and checkout steps. You can put the door code behind a PIN you text the guest separately. Guests can report a problem from the same page, and it comes to you by email.
Can Hostfield pull in my Airbnb, Vrbo, Hospitable, Hostaway, OwnerRez, Lodgify or Guesty bookings?
Yes, though you don't need to: you can add each cleaning by hand. Paste each listing's calendar export link into the property's settings and every checkout day becomes a cleaning on its own, ready to text your cleaner. We check each time you open Hostfield and every morning. If you use Hospitable, Hostaway, OwnerRez, Lodgify or Guesty, connect it once on your Account page and link each property, or import your rentals from it in one go; that also brings in each guest's first name and party size. Same-day cleanings, where the next guests arrive the day the last ones leave, are flagged for you and your cleaner. Blocked-off dates are skipped, and a canceled booking's cleaning is removed as long as your cleaner hasn't started it.
