Hostfield lists local service businesses so short-term rental hosts can find and call them. We are not a party to the work you agree on, we do not employ or supervise the pros listed here, and we take no commission on any job.

Listings are submitted by the businesses themselves. We review them before they appear, but we do not verify licensing, insurance, or background checks. Confirm both before work starts, and use your own judgment about pricing and scope.

Everything on your listing must be accurate and yours to publish: your own business name, your own phone number, the towns you genuinely serve. Listings that misrepresent a business, or that exist to redirect hosts elsewhere, are removed.

You are responsible for keeping your listing current. Your private edit link lets you do that at any time without an account.

Host recommendations are first-hand accounts from people who hired the pro. Do not post one for your own business, and do not pay anyone to post one. We remove recommendations we believe are not genuine.

A standard listing is free. A Featured Partner listing costs $29/mo, billed monthly through Stripe, and renews until you cancel. Cancel at any time and the listing keeps its featured placement until the end of the period you have already paid for, then returns to the free tier. We do not pro-rate partial months.

If we remove a paid listing for breaching these terms, we refund the unused part of the current month.

You can remove your listing whenever you like by emailing hello@hostfield.app from the address on it. We can remove a listing that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
