You say what has happened in plain words — guests arriving and it is not clean, the hot tub is off, something is broken — pick your town, and you get a short numbered list of who to call, in the order to call them, with the first text already written for today. It is the same pros as the directory, cut down to a call list instead of a page to browse.
You book them directly. Tap the call button on a listing and you are talking to the business, not to us. Hostfield never takes a cut of the job or sits between you and the pro.
That a host confirmed a job from the email address they left, and that the pro separately confirmed working for them. Both halves are needed and they are reached from different places — one from the host's inbox, one from the pro's private edit link — so a pro cannot write their own recommendations and confirm them. A vouch missing either half counts for nothing and carries no badge. It is still not an identity check: we confirm a working email address stood behind the recommendation, not that anyone owns a particular Airbnb or Vrbo account, because Hostfield has no host logins. Host verified is earned and free; Verified Field Partner is the paid placement badge, and the two are separate.
